“ This is one of my favorite chicken spots. The prices are incredibly cheap considering surrounding restaurants. The food is usually great. Only issue I have had is online ordering where mistakes have been made and their is no clear way of getting a refund on missed items or general issues with orders. When I made a complaint out of frustration with the issues I was reached out by the manager of the restaurant. I was taken back as usually businesses never reach out that quick. Her main purpose of the call was to fix the issue and I was very pleased that my issue mattered as well as the quality of their service. Will continue to support this spot!! ”

“ This was My first time in Pollo Campero. I'm guessing it's an Indigenous People Restaurant because it was a lot of Latino People in the restaurant. It was comparable to a Popeyes. I like that there were a lot of side options, eventhough I just chose fries because it was comfortable. The food was fixed quickly. The dining area was clean. ”
